Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Akiro Labs services, including the website, launcher, and any associated software ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Subscriptions and Access

Access to certain features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are personal, non-transferable and intended for use by a single individual. We reserve the right to revoke access and terminate subscriptions for violations of these terms.

3. Akiro Key — No Sharing, No Resale

The Akiro Key issued to your account is a personal credential used to authenticate the desktop launcher (Akiro Mint Bot). It is functionally equivalent to a password and must be treated as confidential. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that:

• You will not share, lend, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your Akiro Key to any third party.
• You will not publish, post, or expose the key in any public location, including but not limited to chat servers, forums, screenshots, code repositories, or screen-recordings.
• You are solely responsible for any activity performed under your Akiro Key.
• If you suspect your key has been disclosed, you will rotate or revoke it immediately from Profile → Akiro Key on the website.

Akiro Labs continuously monitors key usage for suspicious patterns (e.g. concurrent use from multiple unrelated networks, rapid validation attempts). When such patterns are detected, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: invalidate the affected key, terminate active launcher sessions, suspend the underlying subscription, and refuse to issue replacement keys. No refunds are granted for subscriptions terminated due to key-sharing violations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute your Akiro Key, launcher session token, or subscription access in any form.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source of any provided software, including the encrypted artifact modules delivered to the launcher.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measure, authentication mechanism, encryption layer, rate limit, or anomaly detection.
• Run the launcher or its components on infrastructure shared with users that have not individually accepted these Terms.
• Use the Services for any illegal activity, including violations of marketplace terms of service.
• Automate access to the Services in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or that is not initiated by the human owner of the account.

5. Payments

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency. Prices are denominated in USDC with equivalent amounts in ETH and SOL. Payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription access begins upon blockchain confirmation of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses incurred through the use of our tools, including but not limited to financial losses from NFT trading, failed mints, or missed opportunities. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your Akiro Key is revoked and all launcher sessions are invalidated.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
