How do I create an account?

With your Web3 wallet — that is the only way. You sign a short text message; no transaction is made and no gas is spent. There is no separate registration step: the first time you sign in with a wallet we have not seen before, the account is created on the spot.

Why is there no email or password option?

Akiro is a Web3 product and everyone here already has a wallet. Every extra way in is another set of edge cases to get wrong, and passwords bring their own problems — reused credentials, phishing, reset emails that never arrive. One door is simpler to walk through and simpler to keep secure.

I lost my wallet. Can I get my account back?

Not automatically — there is nothing on our side to verify you with. But if you paid for a subscription, open a ticket in our Discord and tell us what happened. If you can show the circumstances, we will move the remaining time of your subscription onto a new wallet. The account and its history stay lost; the time you paid for does not.

What will my username be?

It starts as your wallet address. You can set a proper username once, in Settings — and never change it again. Usernames are public and people recognise each other by them, so a freely changeable name would be a tool for impersonation.

Can I add an email?

Yes, in Settings — and we recommend it. It is optional and it is not a way to sign in: your wallet stays the only key to the account. We use it to tell you when your subscription is about to end, when something breaks, and when new tools ship. Without it, Discord is the only place you will hear from us.

Does signing a message cost anything or give you access to my funds?

No to both. Signing a message is not a transaction: it costs no gas, moves nothing, and grants no permission over your assets. It only proves you control the wallet. Read what your wallet shows you before signing — here and everywhere else.

Access and payments

How do I get access to the products?

Through a subscription. You pick a plan, receive a unique payment amount, pay in USDC or USDT, and paste the transaction hash — access is granted once the payment is confirmed on-chain. Pay the exact amount shown: the decimals are what identify your payment among all the others.

Are payments refundable?

Digital access is delivered immediately, so payments are not refundable. See the Terms of Service for the full wording.

Keys and software

Can I share my Akiro Key with a friend?

No. A key is tied to one account and one person. Sharing, reselling or publishing a key terminates access without a refund, for every account involved. This is not about protecting revenue: shared keys end up in public channels, and from there the software gets used in ways that harm the people it was built for.

What happens if my key leaks?

Tell us immediately, through Discord. A leaked key can be revoked and reissued while it is still your account; a key already circulating publicly usually cannot be separated from the accounts that abused it.

Security and data

What do you know about me?

Only what your sign-in method gives us and what you choose to link. Details, along with what we never collect, are in the Privacy Policy.

Will you ever ask for my seed phrase or private key?

Never — not by email, not on Discord, not through support, not for any reason at all. Anyone doing so while claiming to be Akiro Labs is stealing from you. There is no situation in which we need it, and no version of our software that asks for it.
